We had an awesome time here with family that included a 4 year old and 18 month old. The pool area had a splash pad that was huge and shallow pool that was perfect for them, an adult only pool for quieter opportunities and food & drink service poolside. Our guys enjoyed the Seaview Bay golf course next door and with an ocean beach visit a short drive away, it was full of entertainment options. Rooms were well stocked for cooking and comfy beds in roomy bedrooms. Great choice for vacation!

Had a great getaway vacation with the family at the Marriott Fairway Villas. The rooms were a perfect size and well kept. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The main pool was alittle on the smaller size for families. The adult only pool was beautiful, but for this being more of a family resort I think they should open both pools for families. I’m not a golfer, but if you are this resort is perfect. The course on site is beautiful and from word of mouth from other guests, they really enjoyed it.

This is a golf resort, pretty obvious from the name. But if you come here, like me, to a timeshare villa owned by your partners parents, this review might be for you. Also look out for tournaments when you come i guess; we got LPGA bombed and it was QUITE busy this entire week. You cannot walk to anything from here. You absolutely need a car for 100% of anything not on resort property. If they opened a Wawa and a state store on the outside corner of the property this paragraph would not exist. Everything besides golf that you might want to do is about 15-20 minutes away. With that said, the grounds are stunning. The rooms are well maintained and well stocked. The staff was universally friendly. The pools here are TO DIE FOR. Don't miss the adult swim pool. The indoor is outstanding. I assume the splash pads and all ages pool were nice from the delighted shrieking. The little activities around the resort are nice. We played all the games and they all had their supplies and were nice and tidy. Cornhole, shuffleboard, bocce, and horseshoes. They have even more around the clubhouse.

70s and older vibe, 3 outdoor hot tubs that are NEVER hot, u can sit in them for hours without breaking a sweat!!!! That is not a hot tub!!!! I have never seen the temperature reach 102, usually 98-100 (which i believe is wrong since it feels like ur sitting in a warm bath). It also seems like pool and hot tubs are only skimmed when a complaint is made leaving crud the rest of the time floating around, parking fees 15 per day per vehicle??!!!, no wonder it feels like a ghost town. Not recommended....
